Every service is subject to a tailored proposal. Approval of a quotation, whether by signature or written confirmation, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of the project.

All drone operations are conducted in strict compliance with current regulations. Please note that certain areas or conditions may restrict aerial filming capabilities. The client acknowledges that certain locations may require prior authorization or may prohibit aerial filming.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nomad Frame Studio retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, promotional, and communication purposes.

Working files, raw footage, project files, and exports are retained for 30 days following the final delivery of the project. Beyond this period, no archiving or file retention can be guaranteed unless previously agreed upon in writing. A secure, long-term archiving service can be provided at an additional cost under a specific billing agreement. Nomad Frame Studio shall not be held liable for any data loss following the expiration of the stated retention period.
